Ladyfingers Curd Curry Recipe

Ladyfingers help in controlling diabetes, it prevents heart disease, it helps you lose weight. Improves immunity, mental function, good for pregnant women, it prevents cancer.

Ladyfingers Curd Curry Recipe

Ingredients for making bendi or Ladyfingers curd curry :
  • 200 grames of ladies finger
  • Oil
  • Haldi powder
  • Green chillies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilly
  • Hing
  • 2 cups curds
Method For Preparing Bendi  Or  Ladyfingers Curd Curry :
  1. Roast small cut Ladyfingers with very little oil (nonstick pan) with Haldi powder, green chillies and salt.
  2. Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilly, hing.
  3. Add beaten curd and serve.
  4. Keep the Ladyfingers ready in advance, & just add to the curd while serving.
