- 200 grames of ladies finger
- Oil
- Haldi powder
- Green chillies
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Red chilly
- Hing
- 2 cups curds
- Roast small cut Ladyfingers with very little oil (nonstick pan) with Haldi powder, green chillies and salt.
- Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilly, hing.
- Add beaten curd and serve.
- Keep the Ladyfingers ready in advance, & just add to the curd while serving.
