Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

A lot of people think vanilla ice cream is boring. Fortunately, I think vanilla ice cream is great, whether it be all by itself, or scooped on top of a nice Warm brownie or with hot apple pie or even as a milkshake. Here goes the recipe.

Ingredients for Making Vanilla Ice Cream Homemade:

  • Custard powder of 250 grams (plain white color or you can use cornflour)
  • Milk-1/2 liter
  • Milk powder of 4table spoons
  • Sugar-ac to the taste
  • Fresh cream-1 cup
  • Vanilla essence
Method For Preparing Vanilla Ice Cream Homemade :
  1. Mix custard powder with enough milk and make a paste and keep aside.
  2.  To the remaining milk add sugar and vanilla essence and boil.
  3. Now add custard paste into boiling milk and keep stirring all the time to avoid lumps.
  4. Add milk cream( top of the milk, and milk powder and keep it for 5 minutes, keep stirring.
  5. After cooling, transfer it to the aluminum tray and freeze.
  6. After the half, an hour removes from the freezer and blend in the blender.
  7. Transfer into an aluminum tray again and freeze.
  8. After it sets, serve plain or with carrot halwa or with fruits.
  9. You can make mango. Orange or chikku ice cream with same method adding fresh fruit pulp
